Q: How do I know my AllThatCare Partner is worth my time and money?
A: All That Care only suggests the highest rated All That Care Partners first. AllThatCare is committed to quality, so we do not continue Partnerships with sub-standard Health Improvement Professionals. Using our detailed feedback system, you can see what others thought about their experience, the services they received, and their opinions on the AllThatCare Partner they met with. AllThatCare works to ensure that all of its Partners are up to date with their licenses and continued education, and also that they meet all Federal and State guidelines.
Q: How can I provide feedback for the AllThatCare Partner I visited?
A: If you have an account on www.AllThatCare.com, and you purchased a product or service from an AllThatCare Partner, online or offline, you will be able to provide detailed feedback and leave comments on that Parner's account.
Q: How do I create a personal account?
A: By clicking “Sign Up” on the homepage you can create an account in a few moments using email or social media.
Q: How can I delete my account?
A: Log in to your account. Click on account settings. Click “Delete Account” and verify.
Q: How can I report an issue with my AllThatCare.com account?

Q: How can I cancel an order?
A: If you need to cancel an order made using our website you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need to cancel any completed purchases made in person, please speak directly to your AllThatCare Partner.
Q: How do I become an AllThatCare Partner?
A: Click on “Become a Partner” on our home page. Then, sign up using your email or social media information. Next, fill out the “Become A Partner” information sheet. Finally, AllThatCare Partner Services will contact you in the next 1-3 business days to finalize everything.
Q: What information can I put on my Profile?
A: Your profile is open for you to provide information that is important to your business. This includes location, services and pricing, as well as, personal information. Any information that would be deemed offensive, dangerous, or inappropriate, based on common sense and decency, will be removed after a discussion between you and AllThatCare.
Q: What happens if someone is “trolling” the feedback on my profile?
A: Any posts that are not related to the AllThatCare Partner expereince, or services provided, information that is dangerous or inappropriate based on common sense and decency, will be removed after the Client has been notified. NEGATIVE REVIEWS will NOT be removed if they are truthful and in good taste. This is the level of quality that we assure.
Q: Why are Clients able to view the detailed feedback on my profile? Isn’t that for me only?
A: All feedback is necessary for Clients to choose the best AllThatCare Partner for them. AllThatCare strives to be a standard of quality in the Health Improvement industry. This is accomplished by being transparent about how we do business and the professionals we are in business with.
